Tony's new book "From Hippos to Gazelles: how leaders create leaders" co-authored with a senior executive client, Philip Goodwin (jointly published by Kingsham and the British Council), is being enthusiastically received at a series of launch events in 2008. His other book ("Diary of a Change Agent", Gower, 1996), a classic on the reading lists of several business schools, is presented as a diary that shows how an intelligent, reflective approach provides a key to corporate and personal change.
