Tony Page is a 55 year old father of two grown up children and a partner for 30 years to Helen.
Page Consulting, an independent practice started in 1988, has for more than 20 years given Tony the privelege of working with many people on their leadership challenges. From this enriching experience a few principles arise which inform how Tony works with others:
- freedom (nobody needs to be enslaved but we must fight to be free)
- contribution (everyone wants to make a difference)
- inquiry (my question can show you your contribution and your story)
- story (your story, like Samson's hair, gives you power and courage)
- sustainability (we care about tomorrow's company and tomorrow's world).
Many of Tony's ideas, tools and projects are created or delivered with colleagues.
